I don't live in your district, and I know you only through your writings, but I'm convinced that what this country needs is more thoughtful citizens committed to work for the betterment and common good of their community. I think John Wesley would definitely approve ! I can't begin to think how many meetings all that service must have added up to ! I, too, have reached the stage in my life where it is time to back off on some of my organizations and associations ( though on a much smaller number than yours).
