I share your age, and I was discussing being 69 with my youngest daughter the other day.
I told her that turning 35 was tough for me for about the first 5 hours of that day, when I chose to be grateful to be alive living a good life! I wondered, then, if turning 70 would bother me twice as much. I need to be twice as grateful to be alive, able to do as I please, with not much to complain about!
