I cannot recall a single day in my teens when I wasn't without a shirt and I sure as hell wasn't about to wear a seed corn cap while bucking bales in those 90/90 Missouri summer days. I've been told I was lucky to have a dark skin. So far so good, although nearing 80 I'm no longer going shirtless.
